I am a trade qualified Mechanical fitter and fixed plant operator maintainer with over 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry predominantly in commissioning, interventions and operations teams for CSG wellsites and gathering systems on QCLNG Upstream. I am currently working as a HPU technician undertaking complete unit overhauls on both G.E and Appergy QCLNG HPU packages. I am highly skilled hands-on mechanical technician with experience in commissioning, start-up, operation, monitoring, maintaining and optimization of fixed CSG processing plant and equipment, including routine equipment performance checks, testing and diagnostics to ensure the integrity and continuous availability of gas and water production plant and equipment, to maximise overall performance and production. In addition to experience in the oil and gas industry, I also have a previous 7 years in Maintenance repairs in steel recycling plant, baler and mobile equipments.

• Mechanical Technician/HPU Technician, Enerflex Australia, Eagle Farm, QLD, 03/2021, Current, Enerflex is a global operating company that engineers, designs, manufactures and provides after-market support for equipment, systems and turnkey facilities used to process and move natural gas from the wellhead to the pipeline. As a mechanical technician/ field service technician my duties include. In my current role at Enerflex I am a HPU technician undertaking complete unit overhauls on both G.E and Appergy QCLNG HPU’s that have either reached their end of service life or have had major failures on site. This is completed as per the required level of overhaul specifications while effectively meeting timeline requirements as outlined by the work pack, some of the tasks as an HPU technician are outlined below: Completely removing and replacement of the engine, hydraulic pump system including all internal and external hydraulic hoses, control and bypass valves, exhaust, cooling, wiring systems and all other ancillary works required. Complete overhaul and modification to the fuel gas train systems to meet the customers specifications and type B requirements. The upgrades required to the exhaust systems and engine oil auxiliary systems on G.E units. Carry out troubleshooting and diagnosis during the factory acceptance testing to ensure that the units are ready to return to the customer. Carry out Hydraulic pump testing in the test bay to ensure the pumps still meets the manufacturer’s specified operational parameters. And has no oil leaks from any seals. Carry out inspections of parts that are to be re-used as outline in the scope of works to ensure that they are still in good working condition and fit for purpose, Often undertaking out of scope works on units such as full unit wiring harness replacement on G.E HPU’s, bringing Trial units up to current specification to meet customer requirements while ensuring we have the correct parts to do so. Complete all required documentation and reports for the unit to have all relevant Q/A checks, sign off and dispatch. In my time with Enerflex I have also gained experience working with Waukesha, Caterpillar gas engines and Ariel Reciprocating gas compressors in both workshop and on-site applications. Strip down and assessment of gas engine and compression equipment that have reached their end of service life and require overhaul, effectively report and document any further damaged equipment that is no longer serviceable and is out with the standard overhaul scope of work. Overhaul Waukesha gas engines and carry out customer requested upgrades such as ESM 2 ECU control systems to OEM manufacturer specifications to suit customer applications. Assess and overhaul serviceable components such as Jacket water and auxiliary water pumps, engine turbo system wastegates, Choke valves, Compressor piston rod assemblies, and Ariel Reciprocating compressor suction and discharge valves and packing cases, Travel interstate to customer sites and carry out scopes of work such as engine change outs, both preventative and corrective maintenance schedules such as annual services, top end overhauls, turbo change outs, bearing changeouts

• Carrying out full overhauls, troubleshooting and fault finding, servicing repairs and maintenance on both G.E and Appergy HPU’s
• Commissioning, start-up, operating, monitoring, maintaining and/or optimizing CSG wellsites and gathering infrastructure including drive heads, hydraulic power units, booster pumps, wellsite gauges, low point drains and high point vents, as well as pipeline purging, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating intervention and maintenance contractors
• Actively managing the dangers in high-risk work environments by complying with risk assessments and work instructions (e.g., JHA’s, JSA’s, SWMS’s, SWI’s and SOP’s), holding meaningful safety interactions to raise safety awareness, and strictly following all HSE policies and procedures to enable Zero Harm for people, the equipment and the environment
• Design, verification and installation of isolations for safe access and de-pressurization of gas and water production infrastructure, ensuring effective returns to service, and maintaining strict compliance with PTW and LOTO systems
• Data logging and maintaining detailed production records for visibility of plant performance, as well as providing clear and concise shift handovers, and reading and interpreting technical plant and equipment specifications
• Identifying and troubleshooting any plant abnormalities or potential failures, and working closely with UCR Operators for daily monitoring activities, returns-to-service and emergency situations or shutdowns
• Utilising Maximo CMMS to raise and close-out work orders and order parts, and recording readings in Well Tracker.
