Roles And Responsibilities

  • Marriner Group incorporates the Plaza Ballroom, Princess, Regent, Comedy and Forum Theatre. I have worked in all these theatres and supervised them with up to 10 staff members. All these venues are heritage-listed, and it takes work to maintain cleanliness and standards.
  • Joined and helped the Head of the department for recruiting new staff.
  • Reported back to the management regarding the suitability of the newly recruited staff after completion of the training.
  • Trained the recruits to maintain the highest standards of the venues.
