Key Responsibilities:

• Product Photographer: Provide high-quality product photos for the online store and socials. Plan on-location and in-studio product shots. Design props, styling, and lighting. Post-production and re-touching multi-angle shots.
• Marketing & Promo Assets Creator: Create original marketing assets to promote releases incl. GIFs, video edits, animations and layouts. Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Create high-quality visual content for online store and social media posts. Develop strategies and assets to grow followers on social media channels. Schedule daily posts and maintain all social platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music)
• Event & Band Photography: Take photos & videos at Milk! Records live events. In-studio photography for PR shots of bands.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Studio + On-Location Shoots: Select and set up props, backdrops, and lighting. Shoot stylised photographs in studio or on-location. Communicate with models about poses, compositions, hair/make-up and wardrobe. Coordinate assistants and team on-set, time manage, bring positive reinforcement and encouragement.
• Post-Production: Digitally edit photos to enhance appearance, colour correction, re-touching, image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software. Offer image proofs and various crops and file formats (print and web)
• Project Planning / Pre-Production: Plan and prepare for on-location and studio shoots, scouting locations, schedule and book locations/studios. Create concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and other visual references for clients to envision the outcome of a photoshoot. Assist client in securing wardrobe and make-up stylists. Coordinate team of assistants.
• Professional development: Drone registration, RPA Operator accreditation & certificate. Research new camera equipment and accessories to elevate my workflow and quality of portfolio.
• Collaboration: Work with local fashion brands and businesses on photoshoots. Team up with other photographers and videographers on film clips and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Photographed lifestyle content for the printed Brand Guide and for use in ads.
• Post-Production: Retouched product photography to enhance appearance and follow the companies style guidelines, received and implemented feedback from the Production team, and shared with the wider team for final approval. Colour correction, colour match, pathing, frequency separation, re-touching and implementing batch/scripts/actions to streamline adjustments and outputting processes. Image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One and other photo editing software. Contact sheets, outputting various file formats (print, web and other third party file variations) for distribution to the wider company and partnerships.
• Project Planning / Pre-Production: Plan and prepare for on-location and studio shoots, scouting locations, organised props to personalise the product photography. Weekly team meeting with the Photography and Video team to understand new product release dates and planned to ensure deadlines were met. Worked with the Photography Lead to forward plan capacity, building out shot lists for the week ahead as well as test-shot list and project plan. Attended meetings with production design team and took notes on features and key elements to photograph. Creative team brainstorm workshops; brainstorm creative content for creative team projects, eg. social media, lifestyle shoots & stylised studio shoots.
• Professional development: Research new camera equipment and accessories to elevate my workflow and quality of portfolio. Strategies ways to streamline workflow for more efficient practice. Created digital asset management system to increase security, organization and searchability of digital assets. Monitored trends in photography to stay current in industry.
