Marcus Firth

AUBIN GROVE,Western Australia

Summary

My professional experience has continued to progress throughout my career, beginning from a hands-on engineering background onto a more highly detailed design skill level, leading onto leadership and management roles.

I have previously achieved the manufacturing, testing and supply of electronic & mechanical products from China which resulted in a 50% cost reduction on manufacturing and production, as well as auditing the OS suppliers to achieve higher than local quality standards.

I have been part of a start-up company in the energy retail & generation industry that was at the forefront of producing green energy in commercial buildings by utilising Tri-Generation technologies. Designing, installing, commissioning & maintaining complete energy systems that provided primary supply of electricity, heating & cooling into large scale commercial buildings.

I have worked in the food industry at Inghams (Somerville, Vic) as a mechanical fitter and reliability & maintenance planner, quickly reducing operational and maintenance costs, meeting budgets, and managing major R&M projects.

Then in 2019 I started my own company ‘FIRTH-SOLUTIONS Pty Ltd’ and took on a contract GM role for a start-up scaffolding business for just over a year before moving into contract project management / engineering for Inghams Enterprise completing fit-outs of two state of the art Hatcheries in Packenham VIC & Muckenburra WA. I have since relocated to Perth WA to continue managing Inghams Capital Projects and most recently installing a new Water Recycling Treatment Plant that recycles production wastewater for reuse back into production.

My diverse years of experience allow me to be an effective leader and enable me to assist and consult on products, systems and designs ad reduce overall operations and maintenance costs.
