• 2019 Lithgow Powerplant Survey - Assisted in multiple bathymetric surveys across 3 dams in Lithgow NSW. This operation went for 8 days which expanded my knowledge of the profession considerably.
• 2020 Murrumbidgee River Survey - A large scale survey of over 300km of rivers and creeks were surveyed for flood study modelling in rural areas. My role in this operation was to survey with a small survey vessel through narrow creeks and rivers. Large debris had fallen into the river system since the survey was undertaken post flood, this debris would block channels and require quick problem solving to find other options to navigate around.
• 2021 to Current - Multiple land surveys completed solo with GNSS RTK, laser scanning and total station. These jobs also involved speaking with clients and the job requirements. Several hydrographic surveys also completed with a field assistant working under me, these jobs were undertaken in Sydney harbour, lake Illawarra, Shoalhaven River etc. As my knowledge of hydrography grew, so did the responsibility of providing a
• 2022 Sydney Fish Market Survey - Heavily involved with the pre and current construction of the new markets. Experienced a high intensity construction site with crucial deadlines, surveys were frequent and required on site measurements are quick calculations. Data validation back at the office had to be precise and sent to the client within the same day.
