Accomplishments

  • Steering the helm of the Core Banking replacement program was a colossal undertaking that marked the largest and most intricate project in Suncorp's history. The ripple effects of the initiative were felt across the business, with retail lending and term deposits integrated into daily operations, all while reducing processing time and complexity. The initiative successfully migrated 1.3 million customer records to the Banking Platform, implemented a new Collateral System, and decommissioned the legacy solution, all of which involved managing existing records with a market value of over $100 billion. Additionally, we seamlessly migrated the Home Lending product book from the Legacy system.
  • Under my management, we delivered a cutting-edge customer-facing digital platform (online and mobile) underpinned by an API-driven architecture.
