My core responsibilities were to coordinate the quality management system called The HUB.


  • This system analysed incidents, infections, customer and family complaints, feedback from stakeholders and gave access to clinical documentation for auditing purposes. The system managed employee HR files.
  • I was responsible for overseeing the aged care clinical management system, iCare Health / Clinical Manager. I developed training packages to assist staff build knowledge especially during the merging of Blue Cross and Sapphire Care.
