  • BackgroundBorn and raised in Indiana USA, I come from a family of farmers. I have extensive experience in connecting with people and working with teams. In running my business, I have been responsible for training, liaising and co-ordinating all trades involved in projects. I was also responsible for enforcing Workplace Health and Safety. I am self-motivated, positive and have an intuitive curious nature about me that helps me investigate and solve problems when they arise.I have a wide variety of personal and professional skills that I have acquired through the years. Whilst owning my business I worked on multiple projects at a time, as clients became more demanding. This required me to be very organised and manage competing priorities seamlessly. I am able to handle conflict situations in respectful and calm manner, mostly by communication with everyone involved so that they are better informed.I recently I have gone through a career change to increase my skills and redefine my goals in life. I now have a family and a mortgage, and security and stability for my family is my priority.
