  • 2014 (Relationship Officer Essendon Branch) - Completed Settlement Process Timeline, which was distributed Bank wide.
  • 2014 (Relationship Officer Essendon Branch) - Completed 'Administrative Guide to Lending' manual which was distributed Bank Wide.
  • 2014 (Relationship Officer Essendon Branch) - Performed higher duties whilst Senior Relationship Manager was away for 8 months. This included managing branch portfolio by maintaining reviews / expiry dates for all business loans, maintain nil watchlist (over drawn account list), manage client groups on my own by assisting with daily enquiries, writing deals and meeting settlement deadlines.
  • 2014 (Relationship Officer Essendon Branch) - Actively involved across the branches pipeline and networking events. The Business strategy was discussed on a weekly basis whereby I managed the meetings and assessed the urgency of deals. This was also my responsibility at Preston Branch and Sunshine branch.
  • 2014 (Relationship Officer Essendon Branch) - New credit risk rating system was introduced September 2014 and entire lending portfolio needed to be uploaded and rated by the 31st of December 2014. This was completed on time.
  • 2015 (Preston Branch) - Up-skilled / trained new relationship Officer at Preston Branch.
  • In October 2015, was promoted to Relationship manager for Sunshine Branch.
