- Initially operating as night shift unassisted or supervised for the first year from a remote site
 - Assist team members in resolving client issues when team leaders were unavailable
 - Assist Team Leaders in several tasks involving follow up with clients and contractors
 - Acting as the first point of contact for Sodexo clients Australia Wide
 - Actioning emails from Sodexo clients
 - Providing Facility Maintenance troubleshooting for all equipment on site
 - Organising contractors & internal departments to repair faults on site
 - Follow up of works to ensure their timely completion with minimal disruption to the store
 - Development of personal product and service knowledge, whilst maintaining the ability to adapt rapidly to industry change and relevant new technology
 - Assisting the Sodexo Invoicing department with processing invoices and distributing work to local handymen
 - Maintaining a safe and workable environment.
