• Ensure compliance with the Laboratory Testing Quality Standard (QS24), ensuring that Raw Materials, Work in Process and Finished Product meet key release specifications prior to release to the market.
• Use defined and approved test methods and documentation procedures at LIMS that ensure laboratory effectiveness and reliability. Methods to support required Key Release Specification (KRS) testing must be qualified by laboratory instrumentation.
• Ensure equipment and reference standards provide reliable results
• Complete annual raw material validation by performing a full RSPS analysis.
• Develop and/or implement the Rapids method to improve efficiency in the laboratory with a short turnaround time
• Support operational excellence Assets in the central laboratory
• Operated and troubleshot equipment, instruments and associated software and routinely performed quality control on instrumentation to comply with established specifications.
• Provide and execute a support program for internal and external audits, EOHS and FP&R Standards that apply in the Technical Department.
• Handle laboratory instrumental equipment (HPLC, GC, FTIR, NIR, Titration, KF, RMN)
• Software: LIMS, SAP, OPEN LAB, SPECTRA.

Objective of the Position:

Responsible for timely launch of new products personal care and home care from Regulatory stand point as well as that
either locally produced or Imported FG complies with INVIMAs requirements in Andina subsidiary.
Support through special projects quality or process improvements for Cali site.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all products, either locally produced or imported, for Personal Care (PC) and Home Care (HC) meets the technical and legal standards set, as well as a timely launch to the market
• Support and follow up regulatory process in countries of Andean Region for PC and HC Products
• Check the claim supports are adequate (clinical and Technical studies) and in compliance as per Invima´s regulation
• Manage information to obtain and maintain Sanitary Registers for PC & HC products in Andean Region
• Review artworks for PC and HC products marketed in Colombia and the Andean Region and ensure they are in compliance as per Invima´s requirements
• Provide support to CS&L (Traffic) in import and export processes (raw materials and finished
  product)
• Support to external audits carried out by Regulatory agency
• Active participation ensuring compliance with Quality Master Plan (i.e.Internal Audits, Artworks & Labels Audits, OSQ, Copacker Audits etc.) as per requested
• Provide support to the plants through special projects that allow improving quality & process conditions.
• Interpreted regulatory rules or rule changes and communicated with others through corporate policies and procedures.

• Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.
• Participated in workshops and presentations related to projects to gain knowledge.
• Lead Japan project (Continuous improvement for two companies)
• Ensure good manufacturing practices
