  • As a research support advisor, I am currently involved in the following administrative and management of research related activities:
  • Providing Higher Degree by Research (HDR) support starting from induction/orientation, generation affiliate access, sort out their stipend, organise their space, equipment, RTS and conference funding, maintaining canvas site and maintained records of their finances.
  • Provides support to Assistance Dean of Research (ADR), Directors of research institution on research activities such as funding, financial tracking and acquittal are done, organisation of events and advise them on matter related to student candidatures.
  • Monitors research project grants, liaises in a good working relationship with Chief Investigators, Research Office, and Finance office to ensure grants comply and that their invoices are raised accordingly.
  • Use financial and administrative tools to analyse and communicate financial and administrative issues related to research financial activities and student administrative matters.
  • Provision of regular correspondences orally and in written, answering queries and giving advice on all sorts of research activities, HDR students, staff, stakeholders affairs.
