Duties-Appointment booking with clients for continence Assessments for both NDIS and Non NDIS clients
-Over the phone support with parents and schools as well as attending to school conferences and meeting regarding clients
-Clinical assessments for underlying bladder and bowel health
- Establishing a clinic in the rural areas that was new to the service and managed to service up to 20 children at the clinic that I established in the wheat belt in WA
-Home visits and working with families to help toilet train their children
-Working with school to ensure that there is consistency with toileting at home and school
-Doing Bladder scans, uroflows as well as using the Real Time Ultrasound in the diagnosis and management of bladder and bowel health issues
-Formulating toilet training programs for clients
-Formulating drinking programs for children who are not drinking adequate fluids to help in increasing their fluid intake
-Application for funding for families to receive nappy subsidies
-Application for equipment funding and referrals to dietician for support with diet as most of the clients have sensory issues and have restricted diet.
-Offering Psychological support to the families and offering new strategies to assist in managing the bladder and bowel health issues
-Developing a Rural Visit policy and Procedure document for the organization
