Marian has played an assisting role in the following facets for the delivery of the SWSLHD project. Key roles and achievements throughout the project include:

  • Assisting where needed in the delivery of the new 800 bed hospital
  • Conducting defect and validation assessments
  • Assisting in the organization of FFE/MME ordering, receiving, and allocating to their correct areas as per room layout sheets throughout the hospital
  • Coordinating with the project managers in the tendering process for demolition works and refurbishment works (phase 3)
  • Creating a Tender Evaluation Plan contract for both tenders and being a part of the tender comparison and selection process
  • Coordination of construction works within a live hospital through successfully completing a range of disruption notices
  • Assisting in safety walks conducted every week and filling out all appropriate documentation
  • Coordinating and assessing safety components whilst maintaining a live hospital environment.
  • Has quickly earned solid relationships with key SWSLHD stakeholders. She has assisted LHD in the consulting process of disruption notices to maintain a live hospital environment whist completing remaining construction works.
  • Drive strategy, problem solutions and results to redevelop multi-building, occupied campus including tenderer selections and assisting the coordination of ongoing construction, often simultaneously
  • Assisted In the process of disruption notices to be successful on doing 200 plus disruption notices to date.
  • Provide forward-thinking sequencing strategies to provide key outcomes in construction and delivery
