Assisting in the organization of FFE/MME ordering, receiving, and allocating to their correct areas as per room layout sheets throughout the hospital
Coordinating with the project managers in the tendering process for demolition works and refurbishment works (phase 3)
Creating a Tender Evaluation Plan contract for both tenders and being a part of the tender comparison and selection process
Coordination of construction works within a live hospital through successfully completing a range of disruption notices
Assisting in safety walks conducted every week and filling out all appropriate documentation
Coordinating and assessing safety components whilst maintaining a live hospital environment.
Has quickly earned solid relationships with key SWSLHD stakeholders. She has assisted LHD in the consulting process of disruption notices to maintain a live hospital environment whist completing remaining construction works.
