Im currently studying at VFA Geelong,i have finished my Foundations of Fitness and currently at the end of completing my Cert 4,i also have my First Aid and Children's check.

Im very passionate with my journey to becoming a Personal Trainer and love being able to help people of any nature especially the older population because they need that tender loving care. I also love group training and training adolescents.

In 1998 I started my fitness journey at the age of 34 training 5 nights a week and also did Figure competition which grew my love of being fit and healthy,im 58 years old and i have continued my journey in fitness and in 2 weeks ill be a qualified Personal trainer.

My love for the elderly is what drives me as i have a mum who is riddled with Arthritis and would love to have the opportunity to train older adults.
