My Name is Marie and i have 10 years experience working within the childcare sector and in that time I have been a support worker with children with special needs and supported children with challenging behaviours. I would decribe myself as a patient, caring, fun loving professional who possesses the comprehensive skill set and hands-on understanding necessary to affect positive, overreaching outcomes in this role. I have my cert 3 in early childhood education and care and am currently studying a certificate 3 in individual support, which I am almost finished. I currently work as a disability support worker for a company called Aruma which I've enjoyed this past year being able to meet her people and learn more about the role.
