  • Learning and development: Established a supervisor's safety leadership development program by defining responsibilities and required competencies. Subsequently developed a learning program to address needs. The forum runs weekly, allowing participants to learn from each other and on the job. Knowledge is developed by leveraging internal subject matter experts and curating existing content.
  • Spearheaded transformation initiatives, aligning manufacturing processes with strategic goals, resulting in a process improvement in operational efficiency.
  • Managed profit and loss for a large manufacturing organisation, driving output targets and reducing costs by 10% through effective resource management.

  • Learning and development: Developed 3 eLearning courses by using Articulate Rise, Adobe Premier Pro and published to Workday as a digital offering. The program was included as mandatory learning to achieve WINS foundational exit criteria for foundational level. more than 400 operational leaders have completed the program globally providing a 5 star feedback rating on all indices.
  • Developed a change facilitator coaching program consisting of 10 sessions run over 20 weeks delivered over 3 timezones. The sessions were crafted to use interesting content and media to develop curiosity and facilitate debate. Participants completed fortnightly assignment which I marked and provided detailed feedback which we discussed in a group forum.
  • Developed change leadership capability, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement, resulting in adoption of technology and business process improvement.
  • Developed Thriving through change and Building Resilience program and delivered to all Elastomer employees exiting Weir due to transfer to Malaysia. I used Percipio content and curated relevant content and developed an activity booklet, engaging graphics and reference guides to support employees as part of the Wellbeing company offering.
  • Established a process and program management framework, achieving strategic themes and outcomes, enhancing project success rates.
  • Reinvigorated a digital community, leading to increased adoption of digital processes and a 70% improvement in operational performance.

  • Learning and development: Developed the framework, process and designed the content and delivery platform for Weir Minerals Information Systems. The program consists of more than 45 blended learning offers still in use and being maintained by the team I built during my tenure.
  • Developed the Information Systems Learning Platform with the help of en external consultant using SAP Enable Now to provide on the job business process and work instructions for 3,000 global Weir Minerals Information Systems Users.
  • Developed a change management framework and capability development program for Weir. More than 300 attendances with above 90% satisfaction rating.
  • Applied the framework to strategic (e.g. Service Transformation, Salesforce Adoption) and other projects to facilitate adoption of new processes and technology. Currently 37 projects in flight or completed.
  • Established a community and developed capability of 260 global change ambassadors.
  • Established ways of working and a team to develop global standardised business processes.
  • Established the IS learning team, developing learning and on the job support for all IS - 45 courses and 4,000 enrolments.
  • Launched the IS Knowledge Platform, providing on the job support to 4,000 IS users.

  • Learning and development: Developed a learning program to equip all Cochlear employees to understand and make the required changes to respond to changes in medical device regulations. The program provided an overview to the entire value chain including engineering, sales, manufacturing, distribution and all support functions. I worked with global subject matter experts to develop the content.
  • Business Partner to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Head Clinician to facilitate organisational and process redesign to comply to European Medical Device Regulations, impacting on suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, sales, IT, marketing, quality, legal and global supply chain. Resulted in development and adoption of new processes and successful registration of devices.
  • Business Partner to the Digital Refresh program to define a new global operating model, establish Agile ways of working and processes to deliver digital customer experiences.
  • Learning and development: Developed a role based learning program to provide clarity to adopt the new operating model.
  • Developed the change framework and capability for Cochlear.
  • Developed Tableau change readiness dashboards for the CEO to assess readiness and impacts of strategic initiatives.
