  • Beginning Boutique, an Australian fashion retailer, expanded its operations by establishing a presence in California, America. The company flew me in 2024 to focus on store setup, and enhancing overall operational efficiency to ensure a successful launch and smooth day-to-day operations. It was also to optimize both layout and inventory management, and develop a clear, customer-friendly returns processing system to enhance shopper satisfaction and loyalty. I also participated in social media and local marketing strategies to build a strong community presence and attract customers to the store.
  • In March 2024 I received Best Customer Service award for Beginning Boutique. This recognition highlights the dedication and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences that align with the company's values, positively impacting the brand's reputation while exemplifying a true spirit of service excellence.
