With a background in General Medicine, Public Health, and health research, I have over five years significant experience serving communities gained from working with different governmental and non-governmental organizations through clinical diagnosis and management, health education, health promotion, research team leading, team building, and facilitating projects and programs to successfully meet their goals. I am a highly motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented professional with experience in research projects, grant applications, research writing, implementation, reporting and publications. I am passionate about applying those skills in any field that combines research and the implementation of health interventions that improve the health outcomes of the community.

  • Supported the development and design of several research proposals for the Inclusive Nutrition and Early Childhood Development (INECD) grant that will focus on the impact of INECD interventions on child development milestones and nutritional outcomes
  • Led a grant of $10M USD to improve maternal and Infant Health outcomes, participated in the proposal development, project budgeting as well as coordinating with national and international partners in the consortium
  • Designed curriculum for the Medical Ethics and Law course and delivering to the medical students for three consecutive years
