I have only been working for Hewison Private Wealth for a short period of time as a Records management Clerk, but I have become exposed to an entirely new industry pertaining to investment portfolios, super funds, trusts, foundations and tax reports. I am still training and have somewhat limited duties at present but the skills and knowledge I've been given the opportunity to develop will definitely expand the scope of future career trajectories.

My duties at present include:

  • Sorting and filing of documentation,
  • Scanning, uploading and validating all incoming mail into appropriate accounts.
  • Downloading annual reports, annual tax statements, super funds statements and dividends statements (computershare) and uploading/validating into appropriate accounts.
