WELLINGTON WATER (2019 – 2020)
● Hutt City Master Plan – Project Manager at Wellington Water: In charge of leading the 3-waters infrastructure planning, catchment level modeling and engineering costing of future network upgrades needed to accommodate the future growth of Hutt City, within the parameters of the Greater Wellington Regional Council (2019).
● Upper Hutt City – Project Engineer at Welington Water: In charge of coordinating the 3-waters civil engineering, ArcGIS, and modeling aspects of the catchment level study to accommodate the future growth of the Upper Hutt city (2019).
INFRASTRUCTURE AND LAND DEVELOPMENT (2021 – 2022):
● Murphys Park Development (MPD), Lot 2 Project Lead a project that involved $10MM of earthworks (500 ht site) in Lot 2 Annmarie North, 5 stages of development, and a 400 mm First Gas main relocation (over 1 km long). The project was started by others, at it had significant delays in program and in the delivery of their Resource Consent and EPA drawings.
My role involved liaising with the client, providing a team structure, tasks, priorities, design guidance, milestones and deadlines, organizing weekly teams meeting during Covid lockdown in Auckland, review engineering drawings, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and other consultants such as geotechnical engineers, First Gas Senior Project Manager, designers, landscaping, Council Planners and Development Engineers on the status of 5 RC and EPA applications within this project, review responses to queries from Auckland Transport, Healthy Waters, AC and make decisions on critical items that had placed the applications on hold.
All deadlines were met, and resource consent was granted under my leadership and after difficult negotiations with all consenting authorities, approving consent for Lot 2, Stage 7 and Annemarie Avenue stages, after a 2 year delay.
● First Gas realignment, Lot 2 Project Lead (MPD Developers) In charge of contractual negotiations between the client and First Gas on the relocation of approximately 1 km of a 400 mm gas main that supplies gas for the entire Auckland region. Project Lead on structuring the project, preliminary design coordination with First Gas and their designers, as well as provisions to work around existing gas pipe for the Lot 2 Earthworks tendered contract (2021-2022).

Frank Ghery), Business Development and Marketing I was in charge of establishing a new Joint Venture relationship between Steel Contractor Grupo Nova, and CWI Contractor (Bob Park, CEO from Portland, Oregon) for the structural steel contract portion of this project. The joint venture was awarded the job and the project is now completed (2004).
▪ Concepcion-Bugaba Road, Chiriqui, Panama (Asfaltos Panamenos), (2004) Roadway Project Management, including reorganizing the administrative processes for this construction company and reorganize accounting systems for daily costs control of all projects. In charge of feasibility studies, construction drawings, right-of-way designation and negotiations with land owners for the initial 10 km of road to the mine site, existing road improvements, optimal location of initial camp site, looked into the cyanide leaching gold recovery process and the location of ponds (early studies), with regards to potential effects on rivers and mitigation of these effects, along with the team of mining experts (2005).
