Marina Chang

For work experience I went to work at Smart St Fish Market, for one week to help staff shortages, where I start my shift at 9:30am to 5:59pm where I stay back and clean the place before closing. I gain experience hearing customers questions and have succeeded in customer service satisfaction. I gained knowledge on how to manage job task in a fast-paced approach. And was taught how to better communicate with the customers. Including being taught how to weigh a fish and how to package them accordingly. I would also demonstrate a disciplined approach when performing work task and learn to maintain a clean work environment.
