• Human Resource Management
• Sort, distribute and dispatch correspondence to staff members & suppliers
• Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing programs
• Assist with arranging meetings, including invitations, agendas
• Minute taking (shorthand) of Resident/Staff/Board Meetings
• Answer telephone enquiries from staff/suppliers, attend to and assist staff in the organisation with their enquiries
• Assist with maintaining staff information using spreadsheet and/or database software
• Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers, and faxes
• File papers and documents
• Research and assist with the review of documentation
• Compile data for clinical indicators
• Assist with risk assessment processes and completion
• Assist in implementation of internal controls, information, management systems, processes, and procedures
• Maintain and enhance skills through participation in external and internal education and developmental activities as directed
• Provide high-quality customer service to all external and internal customers
• Management of rostering system
