A little about ME

I regularly attend focus groups, training workshops and have a special interest in intersectionality. I engage in carers groups both professionally and personally. I am a mother and grandmother and use my variety of Lived Experience wherever possible to try to better not only myself and immediate family but my community. I love to cook, spend time with family and crotchet these are all some of my selfcare strategies.
