Summary

I am a skilled technology leader with a genuine love of teaching and learning in all its forms, and I believe strongly in the possibilities that technology presents in this space. For the last 4.5 years I have had the privilege of leading a team of energetic and highly skilled software engineers, 3D designers, UX/UI designers, and IT specialists to deliver immersive, future-focused education and training solutions to clients in the education, government, and defence spheres. During this time I also managed both the company's internal IT and cybersecurity functions and the customer IT support team to ensure the success of both our staff and our clients as the organisation grew from a start-up to a scale-up.

I am comfortable working in a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment, and I am skilled at prioritising and problem solving as needed to ensure outcomes are delivered as expected by all stakeholders. Throughout my career I have developed strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across a range of disciplines and organisational levels, including academia, education, government, industry, and defence. I would relish the opportunity to apply my love of teaching and technical knowledge to a new role.
