- Work closely with the Principal on managing the financial affairs of the Family Office. This includes, assisting with deploying capital, reviewing investment opportunities, setting strategy and executing on transactions.
- Fractional CFO work through the family office advisory group (Coll Advisory). This includes CFO consulting to entities within the investment portfolio as well as businesses outside the portfolio.

- Responsible for developing the IP, establishing relationships with surgeons and working with corporate and tax lawyers to build out the legal documentation and tax strategy.

- Oversaw the growth of the business from 14 physio therapy clinics operating in WA to 24 clinics operating across WA and Victoria.
- Directed the financial diligence and transaction process for multiple acquisitions, this included preparing diligence reports, board memorandums, reviewing share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and managing completion accounts.
- Built exceptional relationships with our banking team at Bankwest / CBA. Managed compliance with banking covenants and oversaw quarterly reporting.
- Restructured debt to facilitate our acquisition activity. This included refinancing existing debt and securing additional borrowing capacity.
- Oversaw the treasury function during COVID and was responsible for creating and implementing our fiscal strategy which allowed us to successfully trade through COVID.
- Worked closely with the CEO and our appointed M&A advisor on the sale of Life Ready Health Group to HBF. My role included running diligence meetings with advisors, managing the virtual dataroom, preparing trading updates, liaising with lawyers on the share purchase agreement and in particular the completion mechanism.
- Responsible for the preparation of all financial information including consolidated reporting and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Oversaw the integration of the Life Ready finance team into HBF. Work involved alignment of accounting policies, reporting timeframes and implementing new reporting templates.
- Lead the finance team, coached and mentored staff, built trust with colleagues and promoted team members.
