With 24 years of experience in mental health, I have built a career around leadership, training, and business development, helping teams and individuals thrive. As a Mental Health First Aid Trainer and Manager within a leading mental health organization, I specialize in delivering impactful training programs, driving growth, and navigating the complexities of the NDIS sector.
What truly drives me is the power of human connection. I believe that strong relationships and meaningful conversations are at the heart of real change—whether in mental health support, leadership, or team culture. I am passionate about fostering environments where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to contribute. Through strategic leadership and a deep commitment to cultural change, I help teams shift mindsets, build resilience, and create workplaces that support both wellbeing and performance.
With a focus on innovation and collaboration, I have developed strategies that not only enhance service delivery but also expand business opportunities. My ability to communicate effectively, inspire teams, and drive change has led to tangible improvements in client outcomes and organizational success.
