  • Appointed National Women's Coach twice within four years (2017–2020 and again in 2023), I remain the most successful coach in the history of Pakistan Women's cricket. During my tenure, I led the team through multiple ICC World Cups, managed and developed a high-performing support staff, and played a key role in player selections. Additionally, I contributed to the men's program as support staff during the 2019 Pakistan vs. Australia series.
