• Provide training and verification of competencies (VOC’s) on mining equipment (trucks, loaders, graders, etc)
• Provide support to Production leaders in managing training deficits and the scheduling of training
• Ensure all training documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner

Mine 3 (coordinator)

• Provide leadership, development and support to Production team
• Implement production operation plan
• Complete daily inspections of the pit and drive a positive safety culture
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Execute the daily and weekly mine plan

ERT Member (Captain), (Medic)

• Monitor and respond to site emergencies
• Provide first response assessment and first aid
• Training days with ERT
• Conduct Drug & Alcohol testing
• Assist with coordination of site entry requirements
