- In the 36 months of operation, the Fund has grown to a total value of $90 million through identification of assets for purchase that are accretive to investors
- In this period I have concluded all contract negotiations and raised capital totalling $55 million for the funds growth
- Key Duties: Funds Management, Investor relations, presentations, Internal and External communications, Capital Raising, Acquisitions, due diligence, Asset Management and legal negotiations including leases and sale contracts

- Working with a number of development companies and Investment Groups to acquire properties on conditional contracts for the delivery of their future development needs
- During this period, I was engaged by Panorama Capital to assist as General Manager of Property to develop small scale developments
