  • Review draft contracts from the project team prior to issuance to the respective Suppliers. This ensures that the Scope (inclusive of Specifications and Drawings), Cost and nominated timescales are not only in alignment with each other but also in alignment with the Procurement Strategy.
  • Ensure that the correct signing clauses are in place according to the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASIC registrations.
  • Responsible for the recording of Executed Contracts on the Ertech Supplier portal.

  • Seconded into Woodside as a Senior Planner, my remit was to provide portfolio wide reporting and timely project planning support for a diverse range of onshore and offshore development projects.
  • A key function was ensuring that project implementation activities were identified early and coded for inclusion in the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) and / or Integrated Shut Down Plan (ISDP).
  • With projects approaching key delivery gateways, the focus was ensuring that the necessary level of implementation activity detail was included to enable a comprehensive review of the critical path and manhours / labour resources required to execute the job. Particularly for ISDP related projects, this was done to ensure that appropriate timescales and sequencing were provided for the Run-In, Implementation and Run-Out activities, thereby ensuring the future success of the project delivery Coupled with my previous contractor-side I have the ability to:

  • Project Manager working in the heart of an exclusive residential area to deliver a new build further education facility for Hampstead Garden Suburb Institute, a charity funded organisation. Key responsibilities were managing a large commercial contractor and interfacing with co-located property developer. Main challenges include delivering the project within a tight timeframe and a guaranteed maximum price contract.

  • Project Manager for the identification, design team management, relocation and dilapidation works co-ordination. Project constraints included lease expiration, tight timescales, budget and project approval from the newly formed CQC Strategy Board.

  • Project Manager for the relocation of 250 staff from HSBC Headquarters in Canary Wharf to Vintners Place, central London. The primary objective of this project was to provide swing space within the Canary Wharf premises to allow refurbishment works to commence. New premises had to be identified and refurbished to a high standard within a fast track project programme that interfaced with the overarching Canary Wharf refurbishment programme.

  • Project Manager for the relocation of 150 staff from premises at which HSBC’s lease had expired. The programme of works consisted of the identification and refurbishment of new premises, rationalisation and refurbishment of utilised space within an existing HSBC premises, relocation of the staff to the 2 locations and coordination of dilapidation works to the vacated property.

  • Project Manager for the coordination of identifying, securing the lease, designing and fitting out of 4 new venues located in Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield and Birmingham.
  • It was essential to provide HSBC with definitive completion programmes in order for HSBC to maintain it’s training needs, business continuity and to forecast the relinquishing of existing training venues.

  • Project Manager for the £2.2m, 14 week construction programme and the 2 week phased relocation of 356 HSBC (INUK) staff from Barking to Academy Place, Brentwood.
  • Negotiation with Landlord agents to obtain early access to the floor space and for the HSBC appointed contractor to complete the necessary separation works was essential to the success of the project within the tight timescales. HSBC INUK staff were relocated on schedule resulting in HSBC avoiding lease expiration penalty charges.

  • Key to the delivery of 3 other projects, George Street Training Venue needed to be completed within 16 weeks, from concept through to handover. As Project Manager, my experience in the co-ordination of design and construction teams and communication strategies employed on fast track projects was essential to the delivery of this £1.2m re-fit.

  • Working as a delivery project manager to coordinate and monitor various design and construction teams to deliver £1m branch re-fits from concept feasibility through to store handover in line with target accelerated programmes of approximately 16 weeks.

  • Working as part of a central small programme delivery team co-ordinating and monitoring various design and construction teams. The aim of the programme was to deliver DDA compliant sites to 90% of the entire Abbey branch network (741 sites) within a tight timeframe and £13.2m budget.
