Kings Lake Estate Pty Ltd is a vineyard based company. As the only residential director, I have full responsibility of the whole company.

• Monitor business trend forecasts, adjusting budgets and operational plans to maximize growth and opportunities.
• Business financial controls
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, joint venture partners and other stakeholders.
• Recruit and train employees on operations and performance expectations.
• Ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements of government agencies, including health and work safety.

Kingsbro Pty Ltd is a small wine company. As one of the three founders of the company, I work as a wine consultant and export manager. My job includes but not limited to:

• Keep basic data entry and transaction record.
• Issue invoices, and account receivable and payables.
• All technical support relate to wine, from wine making to wine bottling. (eg, wine tasting and adjustment, label design and printing, bottling method and package arrangement)
• Export documents preparation.
• Liaise directly with local warehouse and manufacturers and give freight instructions.

Sushi Wushi is a popular Japanese-cuisine restaurant. I worked as one of the chefs.

• Prepare food material and different sauces.
• Cook various hot dishes, eg. Bento box, tacoyaki, miso soup, teriyaki chicken，tataki beef...etc

TT charcoal chicken requires every single employee to be trained to do all the works, such as

• Attend to customers and take orders.
• Marinate and roast chicken. Fry chicken and chips. Prepare 8 different salads and other hot dishes.
