One Sneaky Cheetah was a start-up project and the fact I was in charge of helping shape the business structure, both procedurally and culturally was both exciting and challenging.

Retail Savvy Group gave me my first management opportunity upon arriving to Melbourne from Adelaide in 2014. There I gained much knowledge about both the back and front of house and the running of a successful venue. With no room for upward progression, I moved from Retail Savvy Group to Riverland Group for greater opportunity.

Worked at the recently redeveloped Adelaide Oval just for the experience, as a side job, before relocating to Melbourne.

Based in Adelaide, the experience of travelling across the country to Perth, Darwin, Melbourne and Sydney, this job was wonderful. I worked on the trains for seven years as a food and beverage attendant before relocating to Melbourne.
