While I have not been directly employed in the hotel industry, I have collaborated closely for many years of my career with operations and maintenance teams at several Gold Coast Hotel and Resort chains including Sheridan Grand Mirage Resort, Marriot Resort, Mercure Resort, Holiday Inn, Q1, Sofitel, Novotel and Oracle. I have assisted with HVAC needs, navigated budgetary and operational constraints, and worked with managers and stakeholders to troubleshoot critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption and down time to services.
