Serving great food under the direction of a 3 star Michelin group executive chef, able to increase the turnover of the restaurant by 20 percent. And lower the food costs and wages. Also in charge of hiring new staff, training all kitchen staff, new menu creation and rostering. Averaging 1700 covers a week plus functions.
