Affiliations

I live an active and balanced lifestyle that supports my physical, mental, and creative well-being. I enjoy swimming, cycling, walking on Country, and functional strength training to stay healthy and focused. These practices keep my body strong and my spirit centred, helping me show up with clarity and purpose in my work and community life.

Spending time outdoors is where I feel most grounded. I hold deep respect for the land and its original custodians, and I often find strength and inspiration in nature’s rhythms, stories, and silence. This connection guides my approach to movement, well-being, and how I share knowledge with others.

Outside of physical activity, I enjoy creating training systems and writing educational resources that support health, performance, and community empowerment. This balance of movement, reflection, creativity, and respect for Country helps me stay aligned with who I am and the values I bring into every space.
