All of these restuarant,s and bar,s i started from scratch, built into household names and then sold off except for ruby j as this is my wifes name and we ket for her family as she is philipino.

All menues, testing catering and day to day were done by myself and wife, We trained chefs and kitchen hands as well as front of house staff.

Every aspect of dining, bar and accommodation we controlled.

My wife is applying for her permanent residency here as we speak so she will be able to work shortly as well.

Professional racer in europe, usa and australia, I raced mostly motocross and supercross but did 5 yrears on world superbikes as well.

During this time i lived on the road so eating out was necessary every day. I learnt a lot re restaurant's etc.
