Responsible for end to end data lifecycle for Link Group Retirement and Superannuation Services Division, including:

• All reporting for internal business and operational leaders and Link's 22 superannuation fund clients. Over 6,000 individual reporting products in supply
• All analysis of internal and client performance, including predictive and behavioural models
• All data management, quality and governance services for Link Group including stewardship, business glossary, data and product catalogues and metadata
• Data strategy, roadmap, program, project and initiative ownership and delivery responsibility
• Data operations and incident management
• All data technology platforms, processes, architectures and roadmaps including data acquisition, movement, storage, modelling, visualisation, analysis, quality and governance tools

Key successes at Link Group:

• Definition and acceptance of a new Data Strategy and Roadmap at Link Group
• Corrections to a major capital program for data that led to successful client products and outcomes
• Compliance with APRA data guidelines at Link
• Introduction of a new data operating model to lift data outcomes and business relationships
• Process and efficiency improvements in data delivery pipeline

Responsible for all data at ART, including:

• All business performance reporting
• All business and market analytics
• All data technologies and platforms
• All data management, quality and governance policy and practice
• Data Strategy, Roadmap, Programs, Projects and key initiatives
• All data teams within ART

Key achievements at ART include:

• Replatforming of all data capture, storage, modellingm reporting and analysis
• Introduction of an expanded data operating model
• Significant (and externally measured) increase in data maturity and capability from below industry average to leading superannuation in Australia
• Introduction of data governance and quality policy, framework, processes and teams where none existed previously
