I have overseen many successful software upgrade and process improvement projects, in leasing and asset management, over many years.  

This includes identifying and documenting requirements, gap analysis documentation, migration strategy design and deployment and all aspects of the project cycle.

I have worked both as a client, and as a vendor consultant. 

My experience includes all the elements of a project, including practical, hands-on data analysis and management oversight of projects 

My list of projects includes large banking organizations, state and local government departments, and large corporate entities

There is not a part of a change management process I have not been actively involved in delivering over a long and comprehensive career.
