  • Preparation of scopes of works for structural, architectural and services trades and engaged in tender interviews.
  • Monthly onsite review of progress claims and negotiations with the relevant subcontractors.
  • Management of technical submissions including shop drawings and sample submissions. Coordination with consultants and the on-site project team, effectively finding resolutions to constructability issues during the process.
  • Design and on-site coordination of services, fit-out, landscaping and public domain trades in conjunction with the operation of a live school.
