- Delivered engineering support across project planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction phases
- Reviewed and managed technical submissions including shop drawings, structural methods, and material specifications
- Coordinated with consultants to ensure timely approval of documentation and resolution of design issues
- Liaised with subcontractors, construction managers, consultants, and clients to align project objectives and schedules
- Monitored construction progress and prepared regular reports focused on key milestones, risks, and mitigations
- Managed RFIs and design clarifications to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Oversaw subcontractor performance to maintain compliance with program targets, safety, and quality standards

- Value - $12 million, Role - Site Engineer, Duration - 3 months
- Management of construction certificate obtainment for 2 of the 6 schools.
- Management of the relevant trade partners and consultants for the successful completion of OC and PC for 2 of the 6 schools
- Facilitated and assisted in managing the planning pathway for 2 of the remaining schools of the Northern Rivers School Cluster
Project - Narrabeen Education Precinct, Client - SINSW Department of Education, Value - $35 million, Role - Site Engineer, Duration - 10 months
- Preparation of scopes of works for structural, architectural and services trades and engaged in tender interviews.
- Monthly onsite review of progress claims and negotiations with the relevant subcontractors.
- Management of technical submissions including shop drawings and sample submissions. Coordination with consultants and the on-site project team, effectively finding resolutions to constructability issues during the process.
- Design and on-site coordination of services, fit-out, landscaping and public domain trades in conjunction with the operation of a live school.
- Managing, coordinating and communicating contractor’s works on site, ensuring that works are carried out safely, in line with the project specifications, relevant standards, company’s quality standards and in line with the program target dates.
- Oversee the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and labour. Ensure that resources are used efficiently and that any delays or shortages are addressed promptly.
- Communication with the project construction team, subcontractors, consultants and client to ensure that all stakeholders are working towards the program, project expectations and project goals.
- Preparation of regular status and progress reports for the Project Manager and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and any potential risks.
- Management of the relevant trade partners and consultants for the successful completion of OC and PC.
- Manage and completion of Greenstar for a 5-Star Greenstar Pathway
Project - TAFE NSW Institute of Applied Technology, Client - TAFE NSW, Value - $75 million, Role - Cadet/Site Engineer, Duration - 1 yr 8 months
- Assisted the Project Manager with Client liaison and project delivery.
- Preparation of scopes of works for structural, architectural and services trades as well as professional services agreements for consultants.
- Monthly onsite review of progress claims and negotiation with the relevant subcontractors.
- Management of sample submissions for structural, architectural and services trades.
- Management and coordination of on-site fit-out trades while simultaneously resolving construction and design issues.
- Management of the relevant trade partners and consultants in order to complete the OC and PC process
