• Provide strategic advice to the executive of WAFIC on fisheries management and operations for Western Australian fisheries
• Represent WAFIC at annual fisheries meeting to represent fishers and provide balanced views on management and sustainability

• Development of International markets in Spain, Belgium and Asia and managed the EU registration process of the African Fishing company fleet.
• International marketing and production advice to Cervantes Lobster.

• Led the team to construct live lobster and seafood production facilities in Canning Vale and Fremantle
• Development of one of the first closed circuit live lobster facilities in WA

• Built supply network of lobster fishers in a very competitive market.

• Developed live lobster facilities in Cervantes and expand our fleet of lobster fishers.
• Expansion of the 3 South coast facilities to handle over 6000 tons of seafood.
• Taking 35 lobster fishers to Japan to promote the care of live lobster to meet market demands.
• Developing Japanese markets for sashimi snapper, kingfish, and trevally.
