RBC IS Australia - Divesture Program - multi year program managing the closure of RBC IS Australia business (~35 clients; AUA - ~A$140 billion; employees across Malaysia and Australia)

I am accountable for:

• Implementing and performing overall Program Management governance and processes across Operation, IT. Legal, Compliance, HR and Finance.
• Defining and driving closure program plan to completion.
• Jointly lead an external facing Program Management Office with a Citibank counterpart.
• Executive IT sponsorship for the program.

To date, 20 clients have been successfully exited and the business remains ion track to complete overall closure by Q3 2022

• Team leadership of up to 100 people across IT Development and Testing, Application Support and Project Management/ Business Analysis.
• Accountable for System uptime of over 50 Production applications within Australia.

As Head of Digital and Data Solutions for RBC I&TS, I managed a new team of 170 people, across Canada and Luxembourg, and led a multi year, C$110 million, transformational agile program to provide digital and data solutions to RBC I&TS' external clients.

I was accountable for:

• Defining strategic and clear direction for the development, aligned to the business priorities.
• Overall deliver ownership across the program
• Leadership, coaching and mentorship to the global leadership team.

As Program Director for both Finance IT and Market Risk IT my roles was to drive strategic IT delivery for the Global Finance, (Accounting, Independent Price Verification, P&L Reporting and P&L Decomposition) and Local and Global Enterprise Market Risk Management teams.

• Defining direction and approach for the strategic change program
• Stakeholder management across business lines and IT.
• Driving project execution across the IT portfolio by ensuring clear direction, strong governance and early escalation of risks and issues.
• Financial management of an annual C$25 million project portfolio
• Team management and leadership of 20 people globally, (Canada, US, UK)
