  • This entailed 2 weeks planning in Nairobi, Kenya followed by a 4-day ground proofing before the arrival of the client
  • In this role I travelled, lived and worked alongside local personnel with no expat support
  • I would perform a feasibility study, should the potential be positive, I would register the company
  • I would then identify, recruit and train key staff, set up appropriate systems, tender for contracts and then hand over to a country manager delegate.
