After honing my skills as an interior designer in Ireland, I embarked on a new chapter by migrating to Australia on a 417 working holiday visa, eager to explore fresh opportunities. As a Junior Designer it was my job to assist on the design of high-profile hospitality and retail projects. I worked alongside Senior Project Designers and aided them in all aspects of the design process including initial concept development, the production of detail drawings and scheduling information. It was also my role to develop and produce a number of 3D visuals for large projects in order to successfully gain additional funding from investors and also to aid in advertising upcoming spaces to the general public.
As part of the cashier team, I played a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction left a positive impression. Beyond cashier duties, I actively addressed customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to uphold satisfaction. Additionally, I contributed to the daily upkeep of the store, restocking shelves and maintaining a tidy environment. My responsibilities extended to assisting in the training of new staff members. Furthermore, I efficiently managed opening and closing procedures, ensuring the seamless operation of the store from start to finish.
As a waiter, barman, and barista, I delivered exceptional service daily, catering to varied clientele with professionalism.
