- Completely refurbished venue (circa $6million spend) requiring a turnaround in both business approach (vs previous operating model) and community perception

- Participant of the Project Management of complete venue works, coordinating with internal and external Project Management Teams

- Achieved EBITDA in FY24 (with additional 22.5%)

- Newly renovated Accommodation Rooms; 25 in total. Venue occupancy ranging from 70% to full capacity weekly


Kings Head Tavern; March 2020-October 2022


- Top 200 Gaming Performance Venue with additional beverage facilities

- Participant of the Project Management of Gaming Room refurbishment (circa $2million), coordinating with internal and external Project Management Teams

- Achieved EBITDA FY21, FY22

- Led acquisition of the venue, including building full team of approximately 20x across Management and FoH roles - including keeping team connected and engaged through COVID lockdowns


St. George Hotel - March 2017-February 2018, September 2018-February 2020


- Top 50 Gaming Performance Venue with additional beverage facilities

- Led divestment of Venue when purchased by new operators ($50million sale) in December 2019, including 8week secondment with new operators to oversee transition period

- Multi-faceted venue with F&B, Gaming, and Retail facilities

- Led acquisition of the venue, onboarding all 30 existing employees to Redcape Hotel Group and overseeing ownership transition
