With a can-do attitude and an diverse interest in customer service relations, communication, systems, processes, policies and technologies that create zero-harm operations, drive organizational change, and initiate continuous improvement.

An extensive and very diverse work history back home in Slovenia with having travelled and worked oversees for the last 8 years in different industries, building interpersonal and management skills, I believe my biggest strengths for success in work lie in being able to take on any challenge whilst providing the highest level of quality in work and service to customers, workmates, management and business associates. An efficient and strong work ethic, ability to adapt and work in fast changing environment allowed me to grow and enhance my career in the last 4 years and even more in the era of Covid-19.

Operations Coordinator

  • Ensure compliance to Rivtow company policies and procedures.
  • Control Mandatory and Company required certification of all Contractor Groups and their Partners (Rivtow Fleet).
  • Track the activities of Operations department and facilitate in creation of Operations Documentation – ongoing.   • Participate in Docking procedures for vessels due for their 5-year docking.
  • Manage Fleet Towlines.
  • Coordinate Tug Master Training as per Rivtow Policy. Working with Trainees and Training Masters and SeaWays consultants to achieve a positive outcome in a timely manner.
  • Ensure al day-to-day tasks are completed, reporting any concerns or findings to Manager. Mann the Operations Duty phone – on call 24/7.
