At Arrow, my role has encompassed the origination, strategic direction, and delivery of all new real estate acquisitions from $10 million up to $150 million across a wide range of institutional and direct private investment mandates. This role also held full responsibility in Victoria for Asset Management, Development Management, and direct reports overseeing Property and Facilities Management functions.
My role at Fife Capital was to oversee and be ultimately responsible for all Victorian property activities, including transaction origination, divestments, preparation and delivery of individual asset plans, refurbishments, development project management, along with budgeting and financial management of the Victorian portfolio. The Victorian portfolio comprised large-scale industrial properties, land subdivisions, CBD offices, retail centers, mixed-use projects, and suburban office developments.
My role at Goodyear and Dunlop Tyres was during the time of their ownership of the Beaurepaires retail network, Goodyear Autocare, and Dunlop Super Dealers, and incorporated all national real estate functions for each brand.
My role with Knight Frank was varied and included property management initially, before moving to a sales and leasing position, initially focusing on the northern suburbs, before relocating and focusing on the southeast market, including investment and vacant possession sales and leasing.
