At Arrow, my role has encompassed the origination, strategic direction, and delivery of all new real estate acquisitions from $10 million up to $150 million across a wide range of institutional and direct private investment mandates. This role also held full responsibility in Victoria for Asset Management, Development Management, and direct reports overseeing Property and Facilities Management functions.

  • Acquisitions: focus on securing off-market opportunities via an extensive and trusted network, including all underwriting assumptions, comprehensive technical and financial due diligence, and preparation of all board and Investment Committee (IC) papers.
  • Divestments: identification, financial analysis, business case, and approval papers where opportunities present to outperform investment returns.
  • Portfolio Strategy: preparation of annual asset strategy plans, capex forecast, and annual financial budgets.
  • Asset Management: Responsible for all leasing outcomes and tenant renewals, overseeing make-goods, fit-outs, approvals, and CapEx expenditure.

Asset, Acquisitions and Development Manager

My role at Fife Capital was to oversee and be ultimately responsible for all Victorian property activities, including transaction origination, divestments, preparation and delivery of individual asset plans, refurbishments, development project management, along with budgeting and financial management of the Victorian portfolio. The Victorian portfolio comprised large-scale industrial properties, land subdivisions, CBD offices, retail centers, mixed-use projects, and suburban office developments.

  • Transactions: identifying, negotiating, carrying out due diligence, preparing, and presenting each business case to the investment committee for approval.
  • Asset and Portfolio Management – As the Portfolio and Asset Manager for Victoria, I am responsible for securing all DAs, refurbishments, fit-outs, make-goods, re-leasing, capex, and outgoings budgeting, along with instigating any potential divestment strategies.
  • In Development Management, I was responsible for sourcing development sites, pre-committing occupiers for purpose-built facilities, and acting as project manager to deliver the development. I have acted as PM on development projects exceeding 100,000 sqm.
