  • Established monthly catchups with businesses to discuss TopDown budgets, ad hoc queries and updates. This has enabled us to build strong relationships and work towards finalising corrections to their budgets.
  • Created a function to reconcile PRIME programs back to MyOutcomes now the DPHI model project has been incorporated into the systems. This ensures accurate program-level reconciliations for the individual group program splits and gives us accurate budget data.
  • Developed a 2023-24 escalation workings presentation for the director and CFO to explain budget impacts on various groups.
