  • ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) placements have been essential to my clinical development by allowing me to put the skills which have learnt into practice. I have assisted in providing care for patient presentations of varying acuity to the satisfaction of my patients and supervising paramedics.
  • ACT Health Nursing Placement, Nursing placements served as an invaluable aspect of developing myself as a now Registered Nurse. The variety of placement in critical care, community, and mental health settings have allowed me to enhance my capacity to practice and develop a range of skills.

  • Assisting 2nd year students in clinical skill development such as: cannulation, laryngeal mask airway utilisation, obtaining ECG's and responding to various medical presentations.


CBR NightCrew 

Volunteer, 2019 - 2020

  • Risk minimisation overnight in the city on weekends, Involved in setting up and manning a marquee in the city on Thursday - Saturday nights to provide a safe space for drug and alcohol affected persons. It also involved being first aid responders to incidents such as assaults or overdoses that required interventions or the escalation of care.
