I have 25+ years of strategy and insights behind me. I have extensive experience across all research methodologies and an deep understanding of the Australian community; their needs, drivers, behaviours and attitudes. My roles have demanded I be the voice of the public across a wide range of issues affecting businesses across FMCG, government, services and utilities. I am as comfortable working with the C-Suite as I am vulnerable Australians. I am prepared for al high level communication, research and insights challenges.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across all methodologies including online communities, groups, AI assisted research, semiotics, secondary research.

Insights provided across categories and client needs including usage, attitude, brand refresh, corporate reputation, trend analysis ( age and attitude cohorts, climate change, diversity and inclusion, all social needs and issues affecting client business)

Work closely with strategic teams on client and service side to initiate change through key strategic insight recommendations. work at C-Suite level with clients.

Determined insights across cohort needs including apartment dwellers, inner and outer suburb users, regional, metro and rural. Determined insights across recycled water, desalination, water restrictions, council needs and relationships, needs of age cohorts like Gen Z, young and older families, empty nesters, vulnerable users etc.

  • I am media trained and presented on TV, radio and in the press to represent the organisation.
  • Published The Australian Report, a review of trends in the community on high level social and business issues. Topic including attitudes to small, medium and large organisation, a detailed review on uptake of climate change initiatives and attitudes to the corporate world.
